Mark LaLiberte has been in the building industry for over 40 years. What sets Mark apart from other consultants is that he works with all levels of the industry. He has worked with those on the manufacturing side since the very beginning of his career. He has worked with companies just getting their start and those that are staples of the trade. He has overseen complete sales strategy overhauls and done material science tests on products.

Mark has traveled the country, providing training events and keynote lectures to architects, engineers, and builders to ensure the details are right before even a hammer hits a nail. He has worked with teams on zero-energy residential projects and has overseen everything from planning to the finishing touches.

Mark is not just a strategist but a hands-on practitioner in construction. He consults with large residential and custom home builders on complex plans and makes site visits to oversee the finer details. His direct work with the trades and his initiative to start a company (Construction Instruction) to help builders and trades learn skills and practices demonstrate his commitment to building better.

Mark's passion for the environment is evident in his relentless pursuit of sustainable building practices. From his early days working with solar companies when solar was still a novel concept, he has consistently strived for sustainability. His role on multiple boards and industry associations has positioned him as a figure who can bridge the theoretical and practical gap. Mark has been a staunch advocate for doing things right the first time at every level, from manufacturing to field implementation.
